With over 10 years of experience in retail marketing, I am currently serving as a Merchandiser & Brand Ambassador Team Manager at I&K Enterprises. I am leading the execution of merchandising strategies, shopper marketing initiatives, and brand ambassador program across multiple retail environments. My responsibilities include improving in-store visibility, enhancing shopper experience, and increasing product offtake through the strategic use of Shopper & Trade Marketing Tools such as POS materials, optimized product placement, and effective customer engagement tools etc. I manage and train field teams to deliver consistent brand messaging and top-tier customer service.
